Dr. Carol is an American Board-Certified Paediatric Dentist with nearly 20 years of experience caring for children across many continents—from New York to London, Germany, Dubai, and Kenya. After completing a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry in New Jersey, Dr. Carol earned her dental degree from the University of Connecticut, specialised in paediatric dentistry at Columbia University, completed a Fellowship in Leadership in Paediatric Dentisry from Columbia University, and holds a Master's in Public Health from King's College London. But credentials alone don't tell the whole story. What sets Dr. Carol apart is her unwavering commitment to making every child feel safe, heard, and cared for.

Dr. Carol's expertise goes beyond routine check-ups. She is trained to treat babies, children, and teens with complex medical needs, disabilities, and dental anxieties using the gentlest, most advanced techniques available. Whether it is early disease detection, preventive care, or helping your child develop healthy habits for life, she brings both precision and compassion to every appointment. Her career has taken her from caring for patients under sedation at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and supporting children with special needs in New York, to serving as the sole pediatric dentist for U.S. government families in Germany, and providing care to children from diverse cultural backgrounds in Dubai.

As the founder of Smile Zone Dental Clinic, she has created a practice where children actually look forward to their visits. She is also a passionate advocate for children's oral health worldwide, having previously partnered with Harvard University and King's College London through the Global Child Dental Fund to train dental professionals and improve access to care in underserved communities globally.
